A termékek szállításán túl Nyertes Ajánlattevőnek az alábbi feladatokat szükséges ellátni: Nyertes Ajánlattevő kötelezettsége a szerződés közvetett tárgyainak a teljesítési helyre történő leszállítása és átadása, továbbá az üzembe helyezés. Az üzembe helyezés magában foglalja az eszköz Ajánlatkérő által meghatározott helyszínre történő leszállítását, a használati helyen történő beszerelését, valamint telepítését (az eszköz jellegéhez mérten beleértve, de nem kizárólagosan a BIOS frissítését, operációs rendszer telepítését, biztonsági, illetve driver frissítések telepítését, hálózati környezetbe történő illesztését). A rendeltetésszerű használatra alkalmas módon történő üzembe helyezéshez felmerülő szükséges egyéb anyagok biztosítása Ajánlattevő feladata. Az egyes eszközök üzembehelyezéséről Ajánlattevőnek üzembe helyezési jegyzőkönyvet kell készítenie. A beszerezni kívánt termékek listáját a Műszaki Leírás (GDE MI labor - árajánlat, műszaki tartalom) tartalmazza.
