Description

Vállalkozási szerződés alapján "Budapest, I. kerület Szentháromság Park (HRSZ 6529) turisztikai fejlesztésének tervezési eljárása 2025 HNT" A Szentháromság téren lévő 6529. hrsz. önkormányzati tulajdonú VK-KP-2 övezetű közpark a háború előtti időkben be volt építve. Jelenleg a területen kis városi park és némi beépítési található, ahonnan a Mátyás templomra a legszebb rálátás mutatkozik. A téren lévő épület és növényállomány is méltatlan a környezetéhez, az épület állapota alapján nem javasolt annak felújítása. A park növényállománya is meglehetősen kopottas, meg kell vizsgálni, hogy hogyan lehetne teljesen megújítani azt. A feladat lényege a közpark teljes megújulása, annak érdekében, hogy a környezet jelentőségéhez és minőségéhez igazodó, európai színvonalú park jöhessen létre. Meg kell vizsgálni a téren egy épület elhelyezését, ami segítené a tér és a környezet funkcionalitását, információs pavilon jelleggel. Meg kell oldani a tér alatt található barlang megközelítését, meg kell oldani a Halászbástya és a tér kapcsolatát. Olyan teret kell létrehozni, ami a változatos funkcionális igényeket ki tudja elégíteni, mind a turisták mind a várban lakók számára. Az ajánlattevő feladatainak részletes ismertetését a további közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
