Das Klinikum Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg beabsichtigt im Zuge des Neubaus einige Pathologieeinrichtung gemäß dem Vergabeverfahren „Buch II Offenes Verfahren (Loi, Art. 63 und 65)" zu beschaffen. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Montage von - 1 Leichenkühlzellenanlage mit Einzelfächern für 21 Verstorbenen (davon 3 Plätze adipöse) - 1 Leichenkühlzellenanlage für 1 radioaktive Verstorbenen - 18 Leichenmulde Standardgröße - 3 Leichenmulde Adipositas-Größe - 1 Leichenmulde Standardgröße für radioaktive Verstorbene - 1 Wasch- und Seziertisch fahrbar mit Schnittstelle Andockstation - 1 Andocksäule für fahrbaren Seziertisch - 1 Seziertisch, fahrbar für die Entnahme der Hornhäute - 1 Scherenwagen für Sargtransport - 3 Hydraulischer Leichenmulden-Hubwagen für Standardgröße und adipöse Verstorbene - 1 Katafalkrahmen, fahrbar, mit Kühlung inkl. Behang und Mulde - 1 Gefriertruhe für Körperteile mit Temperaturüberwachung - 2 Standleuchter (Elektrokerzen) Die Lieferung und Montage der Bestandteile soll nach dem folgenden Prioritäten-Schema getrennt ablaufen: Montage Unterkonstruktionen, Montage Leichenkühlzellanlagen, Lieferung Zubehör unmittelbar vor Inbetriebnahme (Diebstahlprävention). 1 Haupt- und 1 Nachbesserungstermin sind mit dem Angebotspreis abgegolten, wobei die Teilleistungen gemäß Terminplan gestaffelt einzutakten und mit der örtlichen Bauleitung/Fachbauleitung abzustimmen sind. Die gesetzliche Verjährungsfrist der Gewährleistungsansprüche beginnt mit der Abnahme der Leistung. Der Tag der Abnahme (komplette Montage inklusive Mängelbeseitigungen) ist der Gewährleistungsbeginn. Folgende Leistungen sind neben den gerätebezogenen Leistungen anzubieten und zu kalkulieren: - Bei der Kollisionsprüfung durch den koordinierenden Architekten (4Bund) ist durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) mitzuwirken. Die Montagepläne sind bei Erfordernis anzupassen. - Für Organisationsbesprechungen - auch teil- und abschnittsweise - hat der AN einen mit der Anlage in allen Teilen technisch und betrieblich vertrauten, sachkundigen Mitarbeiter beizustellen. - Weitere Leitungen gemäß den zusätzlichen technischen Vorbemerkungen der Medizintechnik. Eignungskriterien gemäß allgemeinen und besonderen Vertragsbedingungen, Punkt 1.10 / Punkt 2.10 Für die Lieferungen und Montagen der Geräte sind folgende Termine maßgebend: Möglicher Beginn Einbau: 24.09.2027 Spätester Abschluss Montagen: 29.03.2029 (Innenausbau + Technik gem. Generalablaufplan_V5) Unter Berücksichtigung des Starttermins ist ein Montageterminplan vorzulegen und ggf. an Vorgaben des Architekten (4Bund) anzupassen. Die jeweils für die Einbringung und Montage benötigten Zeiten sind pro Gerät zu hinterlegen.
