The project involves building a new multi-storey park-and-ride (P&R) facility at Bascharage-Sanem station in Luxembourg with a capacity of more than 460 parking spaces. The building is to be integrated into the new Bascharage bypass project carried out by the Roads and Bridges Administration, with the P&R road connection adjusted to the future bypass route. Works include the P&R building, a new bus station nearby, surrounding outdoor facilities and road access, and the extension of the existing underground passage from the station to the P&R building beneath the bypass. The call for candidates concerns full civil engineering design and supervision services covering detailed preliminary design, tendering, execution studies, site supervision, handover and final documentation.
