Luxembourg - Industrial kitchen equipment - Main lot of kitchen equipment for the new CFL headquarters

This procurement covers the supply of industrial kitchen equipment for the new headquarters of the CFL (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois) at 7-9 Place de la Gare in Luxembourg. The project combines renovation of existing buildings with new construction, partly overlooking the CFL passenger platform (track 03), and is being carried out under BREEAM (Excellent) and WELL (Platinum) environmental certifications. For a collective kitchen serving 480 covers, the contract includes three cold rooms with storage furniture (two positive and one negative), an unpacking area, five storage zones with furniture, vegetable preparation equipment, a cold and a hot preparation kitchen with all equipment, a self-service line with equipment, two washing-up areas with equipment, positive and negative refrigeration installations, and about 260 m2 of metal ceiling in the preparation kitchen.
