The subject of this call for tenders is: “Travel-related services concerning work-related travel". In particular, the subject of lot 1 is "Travel-related services in connection with missions and authorised travel”; whereas the subject of lot 2 is "Travel-related services in connection with the organisation of meetings and events". The subject of this call for tenders is: “Travel-related services in connection with missions and authorised travel”. In particular, this lot covers Missions and Authorised Travel governed by the Guide to Missions and Authorised Travel, as well as the eventual work-related travels which may need to be organised for individuals who, strictly speaking, are not members of the staff of the participating entities but who travel in the interest of these entities. This lot also includes the private component(s) of the travel which may eventually be added to all work-related travels.; The services covered by the framework contract include all services provided with regard to work-related travel which are planned and organised in connection to specific events such as a meetings, conferences and/or any other events. Many of these events may be of significant importance for the concerned institution(s) on a strategic and reputational level. Tenderers should also note that the work-related travels covered by the FWC might be combined with private component(s).
