Summary
Machine-generated summaryThis public tender concerns translation services for the translation of legal texts from certain official languages of the European Union into Estonian. It is a specifically directed procedure requiring thorough knowledge of the source language and full command of the target language and its legal terminology. Relevant professional experience and familiarity with rapidly evolving translation technologies may be taken into account. The tender is divided into lots, all of which are permanent, so applications may be submitted throughout the procedure. Framework agreements are concluded per lot: a maximum of 25, 15 and 10 framework agreements for the respective lots. The ranking of contractors will be established on the basis of the award criteria, and the procedure is ongoing.

Based on 108 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.
