Descriere: Lucrări de reparaţii curente în cazarma 1147 București: Se vor executa următoarele lucrări de reparații: • Desfacerea tencuielii exterioare până la cărămidă, în zona jgheaburilor şi la aticuri; cărămida va fi curățată cu peria de sârmă şi rostuită; pe toată suprafața exterioară tencuiala va fi de 2,5 cm. Desfacerea tencuielii exterioare până la stratul suport şi refacerea acesteia; • Se va reface tencuiala exterioară; • Refacerea hidroizolației, prin refacerea stratului suport, refacerea şorțurilor din tablă; • Refacerea jgheaburilor şi burlanelor. În oferta tehnică se vor prezenta fişele tehnice pentru următoarele materiale: • Membrană bituminoasă 4,5 kg/mp fără ardezie; • Membrană bituminoasă 4,5 kg/mp cu ardezie; • Barieră de vapori 3,5 kg/mp; • Jgheaburi şi burlane prefabricate din tablă.
