The existing roof has reached the end of its serviceable life and is allowing water ingress, resulting in damage to ceilings and internal surfaces. The contract includes: Site establishment and management. Scaffolding. Removal and disposal of existing roof coverings. Removal of existing battens and defective materials. Installation of breathable membrane. Installation of treated roofing battens. Installation of eaves trays. Supply and installation of replacement slates. Replacement of lead valleys. Replacement of flashings and abutment leadwork. Installation of ridge system. Waste removal and site clearance. Making good and ensuring weather-tight completion.
