Järjestelmä hankitaan täysin käyttökuntoon saatettuna ja toimitettuna Puolustusvoimien tarkemmin osoittamaan kohteeseen Upiniemessä. Hankinta sisältää sammutusjärjestelmän käyttöönottokoulutuksen ja varaosa- sekä huolto-osuudet tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti.,
