Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracija (perkančioji organizacija), įgyvendindama Kauno miesto savivaldybės tarybos 2022 m. gegužės 24 d. sprendimu Nr. T-254 „Dėl teisės atlikti centrinės perkančiosios organizacijos funkcijas suteikimo Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracijai ir viešajai įstaigai Kauno miesto pliklinikai“ jai suteiktas teises atlikti centrinės perkančiosios organizacijos funkcijas, vykdydama viešąjį pirkimą, numato sudaryti preliminariąją keleivių pervežimo Kauno mieste paslaugų pirkimo sutartį (toliau - preliminarioji sutartis), kurios pagrindu Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracija ir jai pavaldžios įstaigos (toliau - Pirkėjai) sudarys pagrindines sutartis dėl keleivių pervežimo Kauno mieste paslaugų pirkimo. Pervežimo paslaugomis naudosis švietimo įstaigos (antros klasės mokinių vežiojimas į baseinus įgyvendinant mokymo plaukti programą, įvairaus amžiaus vaikų ir mokinių vežiojimas į įvairius edukacinius užsiėmimus ir kitus renginius). Kartu su vaikais ir / ar mokiniais pervežimo paslaugomis naudosis ir juos lydintys mokytojai / auklėtojai ir / ar kiti suaugusieji vaikus ir / ar mokinius lydintys asmenys. Taip pat pervežimo paslaugomis naudosis Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracijai pavaldžios biudžetinės ir viešosios įstaigos. Preliminarūs perkamų paslaugų kiekiai ir reikalavimai pirkimo objektui nurodyti pasiūlymo formoje (specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 2 priedas), ir specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 7 priede. Perkančioji organizacija neįsipareigoja užtikrinti visų nurodytų paslaugų ir visų jų kiekių nupirkimo, negarantuoja Tiekėjams nuolatinio visų paslaugų poreikio ir neatsako už paslaugų kiekio pokytį (didėjimą arba mažėjimą). Preliminariąją sutartį numatoma sudaryti su 3 (trimis) (arba mažiau nei su 3 (trimis), jeigu Konkursą laimėjusiais tiekėjais pripažįstami mažiau nei 3 (trys)) Pirkimo dokumentuose nustatytais reikalavimais priimtinus pasiūlymus pateikusiais Konkursą laimėjusiais tiekėjais. Su preliminariąją sutartį sudariusiais dalyviais dėl konkrečių paslaugų bus sudaromos pagrindinės paslaugų pirkimo sutartys vykdant iš dalies atnaujintą tiekėjų varžymąsi.
