Summary
Machine-generated summaryA restricted competition in the defence field concerns the procurement of military helmets. Quantities of goods to be purchased, technical requirements and contract performance conditions are set out in the purchasing conditions and their annexes. The procurement is conducted in two stages: in the first stage, a qualification selection is carried out, in which suppliers wishing to participate submit applications. After evaluating suppliers' compliance with the established requirements, the contracting authority will begin the second stage and invite to submit offers only those suppliers who meet the qualification selection criteria.
