A restricted defence procurement procedure for the supply of military helmets. The quantities to be purchased, the technical requirements and the contract performance conditions are set out in the procurement conditions and their annexes. The procedure is carried out in two stages: in the first stage, a qualification selection takes place, in which suppliers wishing to participate submit applications. After assessing suppliers' compliance with the set requirements, the contracting authority will launch the second stage and invite only those suppliers who meet the qualification selection criteria to submit offers.
