Bakgrunn Sceneriggen ved Høyanger samfunnshus trenger utskifting grunna alder og andre tekniske mangler. Oppdragsgiver har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt om kjøp av nytt scenetekniske opplegg og utskifting av det gamle. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for å ha et velfungerende og brukervennlig sceneteknisk oppsett som gjør at de effektivt og sikkert kan gjennomføre ulike sceneproduksjoner på scenen. Anlegget skal benyttes og driftes av oppdragsgivers egne ansatte, herunder teknisk personell og kulturansatte. Det er derfor viktig at leveransen omfatter nødvendige ytelser for sikker idriftsettelse og forsvarlig bruk, herunder dokumentasjon, opplæring og overlevering. Beskrivelse av oppdraget Anskaffelsen gjelder komplett levering og montering av motordrevne scenetrekk med tilhørende styring og strøm til trekk, strøm og DMX til lys. Det skal leveres totalt 11 scenetrekk, fordelt på 10 trekk på scenen og 1 trekk i salen over stolradene for bruk til frontlys. Et av trekkene på scene skal ha mulighet for å kjøre teppe sideveis/horisontalt. Eksisterende scenetepper skal demonteres, tilpasses ved behov og gjenbrukes i den nye installasjonen. Leveransen skal være komplett og funksjonsklar, og omfatte alt nødvendig utstyr og alle nødvendige ytelser for ferdig idriftsatt anlegg. Dette inkluderer blant annet montering, kabling, testing, sikkerhetskontroll, dokumentasjon, merking, opplæring av ansatte og overlevering. Løsningen som tilbys skal legge til rette for enkel og trygg bruk, stabil og driftssikker funksjon, presis motorstyring og god posisjonskontroll. Oppheng skal tilpasses eksisterende bygningsmessige forutsetninger.
