Lasten ja aikuisten turvaliivit / huomioliivit Monetra Oulu Oy, hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne lasten ja aikuisten turva-/huomioliiveistä hankinnassa mukana oleville asiakkailleen (jäljempänä myös "tilaajat") tämän tarjouspyynnön Monetra TP73/2026 ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan tavoitteena on saada mahdollisimman edullisia, laadukkaita ja hyvällä toimitusvarmuudella ja palvelulla toimitettuja huomioliivejä täyttämään tilaajien tarpeet. Tuotteen tulee olla standardin EN 17353 mukainen käyttötarkoituksensa mukaisessa tuoteluokassa. Standardi koskee keskisuuren riskin tilanteisiin tarkoitettuja näkyvyyttä parantavia vaatteita ja varusteita, ja siinä asetetaan vaatimuksia muun muassa värille, heijastavuudelle, materiaalien vähimmäispinta-aloille ja materiaalien sijoittelulle tuotteessa. - Liivin tulee soveltua lasten (ja aikuisten) ulkokäyttöön eri vuodenaikoina. - Liivissä tulee olla tarrakiinnitys tai muu vastaava helposti käytettävä ja turvallinen kiinnitystapa. - Liivissä tulee olla vähintään kaksi vartalon ympäri kiertävää heijastavaa nauhaa tai muu standardin EN 17353 mukainen rakenne, joka täyttää tuotteelle soveltuvan näkyvyysluokan vaatimukset. - Tuotteen tulee olla CE-merkitty. Tarjouspyynnössä hankinnan kohteen kriteerit kohdassa ilmoitetut tuotteet edustavat eniten hankittavia tuotteita sopimuskauden aikana ja volyymit ovat arvioita kulutusmääristä / vuosi. Ilmoitetut volyymit perustuvat vuoden 2025 ostomääriin ja ovat suuntaa antavia. Volyymit on ilmoitettu sitoumuksetta. Tilaaja ei sitoudu sopimusajalla kiinteisiin hankintamääriin eikä tiettyihin tuotteisiin, vaan tuotteita hankintaa sopimuskauden aikana tarpeita vastaavasti.,
