DJI Matrice 4T quadcopter (CP.EN.00000546.02)

The buyer is seeking the supply of a DJI Matrice 4T quadcopter under a simplified defence procurement procedure applied during the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, pursuant to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1275 of 11.11.2022. The goods must be delivered in full in accordance with annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the contract. Delivery is carried out by the supplier's own means and resources, with a final delivery deadline of 20.11.2026. Payment is 100% postpaid, within 15 calendar days of receiving a duly issued delivery note, or within 15 calendar days of budget financing being received if funding is delayed. The supplier must guarantee that the country of origin is not Russia, Belarus or Iran.
