Description

Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Замовнику Товар разом з усіма документами визначеними в пункті 3.3. Договору, у строк що не перевищує 10 (десять) робочих днів, від дня отримання зазначеної заявки, яка може бути направлена Замовником будь-якими засобами зв’язку (поштою, на електронну пошту, меседжери тощо), але в будь-якому разі не пізніше 30.11.2026 р. Поставка товару проводиться за рахунок коштів (або транспортом) Постачальника. Розрахунки за товар, що поставляється, проводяться шляхом оплати за фактично поставлену кількість товару (партію товару) протягом тридцяти календарних днів після пред’явлення рахунку. Оплата проводиться в гривнях шляхом перерахунку грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника. Для оплати надається належно оформлена накладна на кількість товару, яка зазначається у договорі. Країна походження товару не може бути російська федерація/ Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран.
