Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Поставка Товарів здійснюється на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки згідно з Специфікацією), ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року), з урахуванням умов п. п. 5.1. та 5.2. цього Договору. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданих Постачальником та прийнятих Покупцем Товарів не раніше 20 (двадцяти) та не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки, визначеної в п. 5.1. цього Договору.
