Товар, що постачається, повинен бути належним чином зареєстрований в Україні. При поставці кожної партії товару Постачальник повинен надати Покупцю засвідчені копії документів щодо реєстрації цих товарів у відповідності до вимог чинного законодавства України та сертифікатів чи інших документів щодо його якості, інструкції українською мовою. Свідоцтва про державну реєстрацію або Декларація (сертифікат) повинні бути діючими. Термін придатності товару повинен бути не менше ніж 80% від строку виготовлення для кожного окремого товару на період завезення їх на склад Покупця. Якщо протягом терміну придатності Товар виявиться дефектним або таким, що не відповідає умовам Договору, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити дефектний Товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною Товару неналежної якості несе Постачальник
