Description

Товар, що постачається, повинен бути належним чином зареєстрований в Україні. При поставці кожної партії товару Постачальник повинен надати Покупцю засвідчені копії реєстраційних посвідчень та сертифікатів чи інших документів щодо його якості, інструкції українською мовою та супроводжуватися документами щодо кількості, дозування, номерів серій, термінів придатності, найменування, виробника. При зберіганні і доставці товару до місця призначення повинен витримуватись необхідний для даного Товару температурний режим. Повідомлення про необхідний температурний режим повинно бути нанесено на упаковці. Термін придатності товару повинен бути не менше ніж до 31.12.2027 р. для кожного окремого препарату на період завезення їх на склад Покупця. Постачання препаратів з меншим терміном придатності за погодженням сторін
