Description

Joint tender for the purchase and cancellation of guarantees of origin for renewable energy issued by Energinet corresponding to the grid loss. The contracting entities under the tender are Dinel A/S, TREFOR Elnet A/S, and TREFOR Elnet Øst A/S. The procurement will be carried out as a tender procedure, where the contract(s) will be awarded to the tenderer(s) who submit the offer with the lowest price per kWh. The contract is tendered as separate agreements covering the purchase and cancellation for the year 2025 for each contracting entity. The specific requirements for delivery are set out in the contract. The procurement is exempt from mandatory tendering obligations. This is therefore a voluntary process, and the contracting entity may freely decide on the course of the procedure. The contracting entity is likewise not obliged to enter into a contract, as all tenders may be rejected // Fællesudbud af køb og annullering af oprindelsesgarantier for vedvarende energi udstedt af Energinet svarende til nettabet. Ordregiverne under udbuddet er Dinel A/S, TREFOR Elnet A/S og TREFOR Elnet Øst A/S Indkøbet gennemføres som et udbud, hvor tildeling af kontrakten sker til de(n) Tilbudsgiver(e), der har afgivet tilbuddet med den laveste pris per kWh. Kontrakten udbydes som særskilte aftaler, der dækker køb og annullering for året 2025 for de enkelte Ordregivere. De nærmere krav til leveringen fremgår af kontrakten. Indkøbet er undtaget fra udbudspligt. Dette er derfor en frivillig proces, og Ordregiver kan derfor frit beslutte processens forløb. Ordregiver er således heller ikke forpligtet til at indgå kontrakt, idet samtlige tilbud kan afvises.
