Joint tender for the purchase and cancellation of guarantees of origin for renewable energy issued by Energinet corresponding to the grid loss. De nærmere krav til leveringen fremgår af kontrakten. Indkøbet er undtaget fra udbudspligt. Dette er derfor en frivillig proces, og Ordregiver kan derfor frit beslutte processens forløb. Ordregiver er således heller ikke forpligtet til at indgå kontrakt, idet samtlige tilbud kan afvises. Klager over udbuddet skal sendes til Forsyningstilsynet.
