Description

Provision of annual external audit services to Knowes Housing Association Ltd. Please see the Provision of External Audit Services Invitation to Tender Document within the additional documents area for a fuller description of the service being tendered. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender Documentation which gives instructions on how to complete the Tender Quality Questionnaire in Appendix 1, the Pricing Schedule and Form of Tender in Appendix 2, the Tender Return Certificates in Appendix 3 and the Single Procurement Document (SPD). Bidders must complete and return all of these documents in order to be evaluated for this tender. Submission of the Tender documentation must be via Public Contracts Scotland’s electronic tendering system www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk and be submitted no later than 12 noon Thursday 25th June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. We strongly advise that you attempt to submit your electronic response at least 24 hours before the deadline in case of technical uploading difficulties. If you experience any of these difficulties, please seek advice through the PCS customer services help line on 0844 561 0673.
