The Municipality of Muhos is procuring maintenance and replacement works for street lighting. The contractor's main obligation is the servicing and upkeep of the street and area lighting equipment owned by the municipality. The contractor is responsible for organising the works, site services, procurement of materials and site management duties. The contract period starts at the earliest on 1.1.2027, or when the contract is signed, and ends on 31.12.2027. The general conditions for construction contracts YSE 1998 RT 16-10660 apply, with the latest edition used if the terms are updated. A mutual option covers the period 1.1.2028 to 31.12.2029, exercised only with the contractor's approval and on grounds such as price or delivery reliability.
