Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур, видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Хутори, _________________. Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок та автотранспортом Продавця. Строк поставки товару - 30.11.2026 року. Передача товару Продавцем проводиться протягом двох діб з моменту отримання заявки Покупця в телефонному чи будь-якому вигляді. З кожною партією товару Продавець зобов’язаний надавати товаросупровідну документацію в порядку, що передбачено вимогами чинного законодавства України.
