У разі якщо учасником у складі предмета закупівлі пропонується товар (товари), визначений підпунктом 2 пункту 6-1 розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та/або включений до додаткового переліку товарів, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.07.2025 № 782, і вартість такого товару (товарів) у складі предмета закупівлі дорівнює або перевищує 1 мільйон гривень, до такого товару застосовуються вимоги щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва, встановлені пунктом 6-1 розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону. Відповідність запропонованого товару встановленим вимогам підтверджується учасником у спосіб, визначений Додатком № 1 до тендерної документації. Закупівля в межах реалізації ініціативи Ukraine Facility згідно Рамкової угоди між Україною та Європейським Союзом що-до спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Союзу для України згідно з інструментом UKRAINE FACILITY, ратифікованої Законом № 3786-IX від 06.06.2024 року
