Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Rakennuttaja edellyttää, että urakoitsija on tutustunut rakennuspaikkaan ennen tarjouksen antamista. Kohteen esittelytilaisuus pidetään 8.10.2026 klo 9.00 alkaen osoitteessa Kaislakatu 3a, 80130 Joensuu. Kiinteistön takapiha. Vaihtoehtoisesti kohteeseen voi käydä tutustumassa muuna aikana, mutta tutustumisesta tulee sopia etukäteen Ismo Ahian kanssa. Tutustumisesta tai esittelytilaisuuteen ilmoittautumisesta tulee olla yhteydessä Ismo Ahiaan, ismo.ahia@joensuu.fi tai p. 050 555 1901. Mikäli tarjoaja ei ole tutustunut rakennuspaikkaan ennen tarjouksen antamista, tullaan tarjous hylkäämään. Tutustuminen tulee tapahtua esittelytilaisuudessa tai erillisessä tutustumisessa, josta sovittu Ismo Ahian kanssa.
