Jaluspolun ponttihankinta Stara, Helsingin kaupungin rakentamispalveluliikelaitos, pyytää tarjoustanne teräsponttien materiaalihankinnasta tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö on Stara. Hankinta tulee Kaupunki-infran rakentamisen osaston käyttöön. Kyseessä on kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävä materiaalin hankinta. Hankinnan kohteena on kaivannon tukemiseen tarvittavat teräspontit toimitettuna Staran varastoalueelle, Tattarisuontie 12, Helsinki. Materiaalien toimituksesta tehdään tilaus yhden toimittajan kanssa. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden tilata vain osan kokonaismäärästä. Tämä hankintailmoitus on lähetetty julkaistavaksi 8.10.2026 julkisten hankintojen Tarjouspalvelussa, jonka kautta tarjous tulee laatia ja jättää. Pontit, wel >1200 cm3/m (esim. Larssen 603 tai vastaava). MATERIAALI VAATIMUKSET Standardien mukaisuus: Teräsponttien on täytettävä standardisarjan SFS-EN 10248 (Kuumavalssatut seostamattomat teräspontit) tai SFS-EN 10249 (Kylmämuovatut teräspontit) vaatimukset. MÄÄRÄ Määrä 95kpl, pituus 12 metriä. TARJOUKSEN LAATIMINEN Tarjoajan tulee hinnoitella tarvittava materiaali työkohteeseen toimitettuna, kaikkine kuluineen. Kuljetus-, kuormaus-, vakuutus- sekä muut mahdolliset toimituskustannukset ja laskutuslisät tulee sisällyttää hankintakokonaisuuden tarjoushintaan. Tarjous annetaan kokonaishintana. MATERIAALIN TOIMITUS Tilattu materiaali tulee toimittaa osoitteeseen Tattarisuontie 12, Helsinki. Toimitusten vastaanotosta tulee sopia Staran työnjohdon kanssa. Toimitusten vastaanotto tapahtuu pääsääntöisesti työaikana, arkipäivisin klo 7-15, ellei muuta sovita. Erikseen sovittaessa Stara voi avustaa kuormien purussa työmaalla olevalla kalustolla. Materiaalin toimittaminen työkohteeseen tulee tapahtua kalustolla, joka päästöluokitus on Euro VI tai puhtaampi. MAKSUSUORITUKSET Maksu suoritetaan kokonaisuudessaan toimitetusta tilausmäärästä todellisen toimitusmäärän mukaan. Toimituserän mukana tulee olla kuormakirja josta ilmenee metrimäärä. Toimitus vastaanotetaan ja kuormakirja kuitataan työkohteessa kohteen työnjohtajan toimesta. Laskun maksuaika on 30 vuorokautta hyväksyttävän laskun esittämisestä. Viivästyskorko määräytyy lain mukaan. Laskussa on mainittava tilausnumero, hankinnan tunnus HEL 2026-016731 ja laskun liitteenä tulee olla Staran hyväksymän kuormakirjan kopio. TARJOAJALTA VAADITTAVAT SELVITYKSET Lisäksi tarjoukseen tulee liittää tarjotun materiaalin suoritustasoilmoitus tai vastaava laatuaineisto. Tarjoajan on täytettävä tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sopimusluonnoksessa asetetut tarjoajan soveltuvuudelle asetetut vaatimukset. Tarjouskilpailun voittamassa olevan tarjoajan tulee pyydettäessä toimittaa todistukset asetettujen vaatimusten täyttymisestä. Voittaneen tarjoajan tulee toimittaa selvitys yrityksen sertifioidusta laatu- ja ympäristöjärjestelmästä tai yrityksen laatu- ja ympäristösuunnitelma.,
