Специализираният автомобилен превоз на учителите и учениците от СУ “Св. св. Кирил и Методий“, гр. Угърчин ще се извършва, както до училището, където ще се осъществява тяхното обучение, така и обратно към местоживеенето им. Превозът ще се осъществява всеки присъствен ден на учебната 2026/2027 г. по предварителни маршрутни разписания, неразделна част от настоящата документация, при спазване на всички изисквания на Възложителя и на нормативните изисквания, свързани с възлаганата дейност при спазване условията за безопасност. Маршрутните разписания, по които ще се осъществява превоза са изготвени съгласно приложение № 9а от Наредба № 33 от 3.11.1999 г. за обществен превоз на пътници и товари на територията на Република България. Разписанието, което е неразделна част от договора, трябва да е подписано от двете страни по договора за специализиран превоз и съгласувано с областния отдел „Автомобилна администрация” по месторегистрация на превозвача, и е неразделна част от договора. Областният отдел „Автомобилна администрация” съгласува разписанието при подадени от изпълнителя списък, съдържащ имената на превозваните лица съгласно договора и декларация, че същите са ученици. * При възникнала необходимост маршрутите се актуализират едностранно от Възложителя след започване на учебната година. Промени в разписанията са допустими, ако това се налага от промени в учебните планове на училищата.
