Услугите включват: 1. Извършване на профилактичен медицински преглед на служителите на РЗОК-Враца от специалист Вътрешни болести, включващ: анамнеза, лекарски преглед, измерване на теглото и ръста, измерване на кръвното налягане, ЕКГ; 2. Изследване на урина за белтък, кетонни тела, уробилиноген, захар и седимент; изследване на кръв - ПКК на служителите на РЗОК-Враца; 3. Извършването на офталмологичен профилактичен преглед на всички служители на РЗОК- Враца, които работят с видеодисплеи, оценка състоянието на зрението и издаване на документ с медицинско предписание от специалист по очни болести, в случай, че е необходима корекция на зрението на даден служител на РЗОК- Враца. Услугите ще се извършват в кабинет по вътрешни болести, структура по клинична лаборатория и в кабинет по очни болести на Изпълнителя. В кабинета по вътрешни болести, кабинета по очни болести, както и в клиничната лаборатория следва да е налично съответното оборудване, чрез което да е възможно извършването на прегледите и изследванията, включително издаване на необходимите медицински документи. Профилактичните медицински прегледи следва да се извършат от специалист по вътрешни болести с придобита специалност „Вътрешни болести“. Изследване на урина за белтък, кетонни тела, уробилиноген, захар и седимент; изследване на кръв - ПКК следва да се извършват от лекар със специалност по клинична лаборатория. Очните прегледи следва да се извършват от специалист по очни болести с придобита специалност „Очни болести“. Графикът за извършване на прегледите и изследванията на служителите на РЗОК- Враца ще се изготви и съгласува съвместно от Възложителя и Изпълнителя след сключване на договора. Общата численост на персонала на РЗОК-Враца, подлежащ на профилактичен медицински преглед, изследвания и офталмологичен профилактичен преглед е до 60 /шестдесет/ лица.
