Description

Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е: „Извършване на профилактични медицински прегледи и изследвания на служителите в РЗОК - Пазарджик“.    В предмета на поръчката се включва извършването на периодични медицински прегледи и изследвания на служителите в РЗОК - Пазарджик, както и преглед на очите и оценка на състоянието на зрението на служителите, работещи с видеодисплеи от специалист по очни болести и издаване на документ с медицинско предписание от специалист офталмолог, в случай, че е необходима корекция на зрението на даден служител. Дейностите по изпълнение на обществената поръчка са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация, съставляваща Приложение № 1 към настоящата документация. Обществената поръчка се обявява с оглед спазване на разпоредбите на чл. 9 от Наредба № 7 от 15.08.2005 г. за минималните изисквания за осигуряване на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при работа с видеодисплеи и Наредба № 3 от 28.02.1987 г. за задължителните предварителни и периодични медицински прегледи на работниците.
