Description

Изпълнението предмета на поръчката е свързано с извършване на планови и аварийни строително-монтажни работи (СМР), изкопни и възстановителни работи по магистрални и разпределителни топлопроводи и топлопроводни отклонения на лицензионната територия на „Веолия Енерджи Варна“ ЕАД в град Варна.  Дейностите се извършват в съответствие изискванията на Възложителя, определени в Техническата спецификация - Раздел I от документацията за участие на процедура.  Видовете дейности, които ще се извършат и прогнозните количествата, са посочени в т.3 на Раздел II. УКАЗАНИЯ КЪМ УЧАСТНИЦИТЕ  на Документацията за участие в обществената поръчка, както и в количествено-стойностна сметка (КСС) Образец № 3.1 към Образец на Ценовото предложение - Образец № 3, неразделна част от документацията по настоящата процедура.  Посочените количества са прогнозни, и в тях може да настъпят промени съобразно нуждите на възложителя. Всички материали доставка на Изпълнителя, необходими при изпълнение на дейностите следва да бъдат включени в ценовата му оферта.  При възникване на необходимост от изпълнение на дейности или доставка на материали, които не са обхванати в КСС, цените се договарят допълнително, като за база служат договорените ценообразуващи показатели: средна часова ставка, допълнителни разходи за труд, разходи за транспорт и механизация, доставно - складови разходи за материали, печалба. Аварийните работи по магистрални и разпределителни топлопроводи и топлопроводни отклонения се заплащат с т.нар. „коефициент на аварийност“, който е в размер на 1.2 и се изчислява спрямо посочените в КСС единични цени от участника, определен за изпълнител.
