Description

Настоящата процедура се организира и провежда от Възложителя с оглед изпълнение на задълженията му към персонала на Държавна психиатрична болница - Ловеч, за усвояване средствата за социално битовото му обслужване. Предоставянето на социалните придобивки, определени по реда на чл. 293 от КТ ще се осъществява чрез ваучери за храна при изискванията на чл. 209 от ЗКПО и Наредба №7 от 09.07.2003г. на МТСП и МФ.   Целта на процедурата е избор на изпълнител, който е оператор на ваучери за храна, получил разрешение и осъществяващ дейност по реда и условията на Наредба № 7 от 09.07.2003 г. за условията и реда за издаване и отнемане на разрешение за извършване на дейност като оператор на ваучери за храна на хартиен и електронен носител, за издаване на ваучери за храна на електронен носител, характеристиките на издаваните ваучери за храна на електронен носител и осъществяване дейност като оператор. Операторът на ваучери за храна следва да отпечата и достави ваучери за храна, съгласно ежемесечни/периодични заявки на възложителя.
