This procedure procures a service for the implementation of modern information and communication technologies, covering three components: building an information protection system for the local network, building an information backup system, and building a system for managing the storage and sharing of information. The activity will be carried out through external delegation under the specific contractor selection rules of Chapter Four of the Law on Management of EU Funds in Shared Management and related guidance. The schedule includes contractor selection procedure in months 1 to 4, contract signing in month 4, delivery of assets in months 5 to 10, and signing of the handover protocol in months 11 to 12.
