Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за извършването на Вирусологични и Серологични изследвания. Видовете изследвания са подробно описани в Приложение №1 - Техническа спецификация (ТС) и се определят от Възложителя в зависимост от конкретните му потребности. Посочените в спецификацията количества са прогнозни и не задължават Възложителя да ги заяви в пълен обем, а съобразно потребностите на лечебното заведение и в зависимост от броя на пациентите. Място за изпълнение на поръчката: предаването на биологичния материал на изпълнителя ще се извършва на територията на МБАЛ - БЛАГОЕВГРАД АД. Срок на изпълнение: Срок на договора - 12 месеца; Офертите се отварят, оценяват и разглеждат по реда на чл. 181, ал. 2 от ЗОП и чл. 61 от ППЗОП. Изпълнението на поръчката ще се възложи въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта, определена съгласно критерия „оптимално съотношение качество/цена“, съгласно Методика за определяне на комплексна оценка (Приложение №2).
