Description

Acquisizione di una Piattaforma di office automation & collaboration, denominata PRIMO (Procurement Resourse Intelligent Module). Il sistema si deve configurare come una piattaforma tecnologica integrata che si articola su tre componenti architetturali principali, ciascuna con funzionalità specifiche e interdipendenti, progettate per operare in modo sinergico nel supportare l'intero ciclo di procurement della Stazione Appaltante. Le tre componenti principali della piattaforma devono essere: Sistema Gestionale con integrazione RPA, Modulo di Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa e Infrastruttura Cloud Native. La fornitura deve prevedere una fase di servizio di “Supporto assistenza e manutenzione correttiva ed evolutiva" a partire dalla realizzazione del “Sistema Gestionale con integrazione RPA” fino alla conclusione contrattuale. L'architettura deve essere concepita secondo una logica di progressiva stratificazione funzionale. Il primo livello deve essere costituito dal sistema gestionale con capacità di automazione tramite RPA, che rappresenta l'infrastruttura portante della piattaforma. Su questo si deve innestare il modulo di intelligenza artificiale generativa, che amplifica le capacità decisionali e di produzione documentale degli operatori. L'intera architettura deve essere posta su un'infrastruttura cloud native, progettata per garantire scalabilità, resilienza e conformità normativa. L'architettura sarà ospitata su struttura della Difesa, anche in aree dedicate del Polo Strategico Nazionale (PSN). L'operatore economico aggiudicatario dovrà dichiarare le caratteristiche tecniche minime, necessarie per soddisfare le esigenze derivanti dal prodotto fornito, per le componenti GFX (GPU, CPU, RAM ecc.. ). La fornitura deve essere comprensiva dei sistemi informatici e della loro customizzazione secondo i requisiti descritti. Le ulteriori informazioni e requisiti tecnici di dettaglio saranno forniti agli operatori economici partecipanti che avranno superato la prima fase preselettiva di gara, al fine di predisporre compiutamente e presentare la propria offerta tecnico-economica nella seconda fase di gara all'interno della piattaforma telematica di e-procurement "Acquistinretepa.it" entro i termini indicati nel presente bando di gara.
