Description

Nell’ambito del progetto di ammodernamento e potenziamento della capacità C2 delle Forze terrestri, vi è la necessità di acquisire sistemi radio con tecnologia SDR in grado di operare in operazioni interforze/inter-agenzia e di coalizione attraverso i più recenti Stanag NATO. A tal riguardo, l'Esercito Italiano ha individuato la necessità di fornire alle unità terrestri e di supporto logistico la capacità di implementare collegamenti radio HF affidabili e performanti. Pertanto, è necessario acquisire sistemi di telecomunicazioni tecnologicamente all'avanguardia che soddisfino i seguenti requisiti: • robustezza ed affidabilità, quali elementi chiave per le radio militari; • interoperabilità; • scalabilità; • facilità di utilizzo, attraverso la disponibilità di interfaccia utente user friendly unitamente a procedure di selezione delle modalità di funzionamento intuitive; • longevità, ossia assicurare la miglior performance esprimibile al momento, quanto più a lungo possibile (c.d. aderenza alla frontiera tecnologica). L’appalto è composto da un UNICO LOTTO di fornitura, comprendente: 1) Fornitura di n. 3 apparati HF e di n. 2 corsi per operatori - CPV 32000000-3 (Attrezzature per radiodiffusione) - Importo a base di gara (IVA esclusa): € 562.380,00; 2) Fornitura di n. 2 apparati HF - CPV 32000000-3 (Attrezzature per radiodiffusione) - Importo a base di gara (IVA esclusa): € 370.800,00; 3) Fornitura di n. 2 apparati HF - CPV 32000000-3 (Attrezzature per radiodiffusione) - Importo a base di gara (IVA esclusa): € 370.800,00. Pertanto, l'importo complessivo dell'appalto posto a base di gara, al netto di IVA e/o di altre imposte e contributi di legge, è pari a € 1.303.980,00.
