Gestione in appalto del servizio di refezione scolastica in favore degli alunni e del personale docente avente diritto delle scuole dell'infanzia e primaria statale del Comune di Gallipoli (LE), comprendente l'approvvigionamento delle derrate, la preparazione e cottura dei pasti presso il centro di cottura comunale, il confezionamento, il trasporto e la veicolazione, la distribuzione ai refettori dei plessi terminali di consumo, la gestione delle diete speciali, la sanificazione dei locali e delle attrezzature, nel rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e delle clausole contrattuali contenute nei Criteri ambientali minimi di cui al D.M. 10 marzo 2020 (n. 65/2020), come integrato dalla Circolare esplicativa MASE del 25 settembre 2025. Il servizio è stimato in complessivi 182.400 pasti nel triennio (circa 400 pasti/giorno per 152 giorni di servizio per 3 anni scolastici).
