La Consultazione preliminare è finalizzata ad acquisire le manifestazioni di interesse da parte degli operatori economici in grado di soddisfare il fabbisogno espresso da RAI. I n applicazione dei principi di buona amministrazione, non discriminazione, economicità ed efficacia, la finalità della presente consultazione è dunque di garantire la massima pubblicità per l’affidamento in oggetto in conformità ai principi di trasparenza, favor partecipationis e concorrenza. La presente Consultazione è svolta tramite Sistema informatico per procedure telematiche di acquisto (Piattaforma) accessibile all’indirizzo: https://piattaformaacquisti.rai.it/PortaleAppalti/it/procedure/codice/G42841 Tramite il sito si accede alla procedura ed alla documentazione. Informazioni e chiarimenti possono essere richiesti entro e non oltre il 25/02/2025 ore 12:00, utilizzando l’area Comunicazioni riservate al Concorrente presente nell’area di dettaglio della procedura. Le risposte alle richieste di chiarimento sono fornite mediante pubblicazione in forma anonima sulla Piattaforma della Stazione Appaltante.
