AFFIDAMENTO DEL SERVIZIO RECUPERO DEI CREDITI RELATIVI ALLA TARIFFA DEL SERVIZIO IDRICO INTEGRATO DI SASI SPA DI LANCIANO (CH) L’oggetto dell’affidamento riguarda il servizio di gestione e recupero dei crediti relativi alla tariffa del Sistema Idrico Integrato insoluti e maturati da SASI S.p.A. nei confronti degli utenti. L’attività sarà strutturata nelle seguenti fasi:• Fase stragiudiziale, finalizzata al recupero bonario del credito mediante azioni di sollecito e costituzione in mora ai sensi della Del ARERA n. 311/2019/R/Idr., phone e home collection;• Fase giudiziale, attivata in caso di mancato adempimento, con l’eventuale avvio di azioni legali per il recupero forzoso;• Operazioni tecniche di supporto, in conformità a quanto previsto dalla deliberazione ARERA n. 311/2019/R/Idr., con particolare riguardo alla gestione delle limitazioni/sospensioni/disattivazioni e riattivazione della fornitura, nel rispetto delle tempistiche e procedure regolamentate.• Altri servizi attinenti alla verifica e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche e delle informazioni contrattuali, individuazione dei reali fruitori e voltura dei contratti di utenti morosi defunti/irreperibili.
