Description

Gara comunitaria a procedura aperta, indetta da ENAV ai sensi dell’art. 155 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, avente ad oggetto le attività di consulenza, assistenza e brokeraggio in materia assicurativa nei confronti del Gruppo ENAV. La durata dell’appalto è di 5 anni di cui l’ultimo anno opzionale attivabile discrezionalmente da ENAV e senza alcuna pretesa dell’Appaltatore. Si rappresenta che, ai soli fini della determinazione del valore della cauzione e dell’assegnazione del Codice Identificativo di Gara (CIG) nonché ai fini della individuazione della relativa disciplina applicabile, l’importo stimato complessivo dell’appalto è pari ad Euro 3.528.816,55 in ragione dell’applicazione della provvigione % annua posta a base d’asta per l’espletamento del servizio a gara sull’ammontare dei premi annui versati nell’annualità 2023 Acquisizione del servizio di consulenza, assistenza e brokeraggio in materia assicurativa nei confronti del Gruppo ENAV
