Appalto riservato ai sensi dell'art. 112 D. Lgs. 50/2016 - "Servizio di gestione parcheggi pubblici a pagamento mediante parcometri ubicati nel Comune di Rimini, con annessi servizi di manutenzione, di cassa deposito e custodia, data entry e servizi/attività complementari, per anni tre con opzione di rinnovo per ulteriori anni due". La procedura ha per oggetto l'affidamento del “Servizio di gestione parcheggi pubblici a pagamento mediante parcometri ubicati nel Comune di Rimini, con annessi servizi di manutenzione, di cassa deposito e custodia, data entry e servizi/attività complementari” per una durata contrattuale di tre anni con opzione di rinnovo del contratto per ulteriori due anni, ai sensi ex art. 35, comma 4, D.Lgs. 50/2016. L’affidamento si configura complessivamente come appalto di servizi con partecipazione riservata, ai sensi dell’art. 112 del D.Lgs 18 aprile 2016, n. 50, ad operatori economici, anche rientranti nella categoria dei laboratori protetti, cooperative sociali e loro consorzi,che abbiano come finalità principale l'impiego di persone svantaggiate o con disabilità.
