The University Libraries Centre of the University of Padua, Italy, intends to award a service for publishing open access articles in journals of the publisher Frontiers Media SA, under the Frontiers Institutional Account PrePayment model, for the needs of the University Library System. A single university contract covering multiple articles submitted by Padua authors to Frontiers peer-reviewed journals allows cost savings and simpler administrative procedures for authors, university structures and the publisher. The notice is a preliminary procedure under art. 76 of d.lgs. 36/2023 to verify the uniqueness of the supplier.
