Azienda USL di Imola - Procedura Aperta per l’attivazione di Progetti Terapeutici-Riabilitativi Individualizzati (PTRI) con metodologia del Budget di Salute (BdS) per il Dipartimento di Salute Mentale e Dipendenze Patologiche, suddivisa in sei lotti Attività per progetti personalizzati terapeutico-riabilitativi per utenti della UOC PA-CSM che presentino quadri psicopatologici all’esordio o di elevata complessità e gravità declinati nell’ambito dei principali determinanti di salute: casa/abitare, formazione/lavoro, affettività/socialità; Progetti individualizzati di tipo educativo-abilitativo ed attività di gruppo per pazienti preadolescenti, adolescenti, giovani adulti afferenti alla UOC NPIA e alla UOC PA che presentino Disturbi del neurosviluppo (secondo classificazione DSM V) con particolare riferimento alle Disabilità intellettive e ai Disturbi dello spettro autistico; Progetti educativi, psicoeducativi e abilitativi individualizzati a favore di minori afferenti alla UOC NPIA (anche in rete con UOC DP e ASP) con particolare riferimento alla preadolescenza e alla adolescenza, che presentino quadri psicopatologici e neuropsichiatrici con compromissione delle funzioni di adattamento nella socializzazione e nei contesti di vita; Progetti individualizzati che richiedono attività di consulenza comportamentale per pazienti UOC NPIA e UOC PA con disturbi dello spettro autistico che presentano comportamento problema; Attività per Progetti Terapeutici Riabilitativi Personalizzati (PTRI) con metodologia del Budget di Salute per utenti della UOC Dipendenze Patologiche (UOCDP - SerDP) con Disturbi da Uso di Sostanze (DUS) e/o Gioco d’Azzardo Patologico (GAP) anche in presenza di comorbilità psicopatologica; Progetti di Attività di Comunità - PACo con inclusione dell’utenza del DSMDP
