Description

L’appalto ha per oggetto la gestione dei servizi di assistenza specialistica a favore degli alunni con disabilità, accoglienza e sorveglianza degli alunni in orario prescolastico ed è costituito da un unico lotto poiché le varie prestazioni oggetto del contratto sono funzionalmente connesse da un punto di vista tecnico. L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del Servizio di Educativa Territoriale con cui il Comune adempie, da un lato, al compito di sostenere e tutelare i minori appartenente a nuclei familiari a rischio di emarginazione sociale ovvero con carenti risorse sotto il profilo della responsabilità genitoriale, dall’altro a quello di favorire il recupero delle responsabilità genitoriale in un’ottica di prevenzione all’allontanamento dal contesto familiare del bambino. Destinatari del servizio sono pertanto minori, di età compresa tra 0 e 18 anni, e i loro nuclei familiari, residenti nel territorio comunale di Camaiore, che si trovino nella difficoltà di assicurare loro un’armonica crescita psico-fisica e un’adeguata socializzazione. Il servizio prevede prestazioni socio-assistenziali e educative da erogare mediante interventi svolti presso il domicilio dei suddetti nuclei familiari nonché presso le altre sedi indicati nell’art. 15 del presente capitolato.
