Description

L’appalto ha per oggetto l'affidamento della gestione di tre Nidi d’infanzia, ubicati sul territorio comunale e l’erogazione dei servizi educativi presso i medesimi nidi, che accoglieranno bambini di età compresa tra 3 e 36 mesi, con svolgimento del servizio nei modi e nei tempi rappresentati nel presente capitolato. Il servizio educativo è articolato nelle seguenti attività: a) elaborazione di un progetto educativo e di un piano di gestione per i servizi comunali per la prima infanzia “Lo Scrigno Magico”, “Girotondo” , “ Mafalda”; l’attuazione del progetto educativo e del piano di gestione dovrà avvenire in accordo con il Coordinatore Pedagogico dell’Ente; b) messa a disposizione del personale educativo necessario addetto alla cura ed all’educazione dei bambini; c) curare gli inserimenti dei bambini al Nido; d) assicurare ai bambini la corretta continuità educativa operando in giusto ed armonico rapporto con la Scuola dell'Infanzia e) fornitura dei giochi didattici, materiali didattici di consumo, idonei a realizzare il progetto pedagogico; f) fornitura della cancelleria, del materiale igienico sanitario per le esigenze dei bambini (pannoloni, detergenti, carta per fasciatoio, creme emollienti, ecc.) Per gli aspetti normativi, organizzativi e pedagogici, si dovrà fare riferimento alle leggi e i regolamenti della Regione Toscana in materia di nidi d’infanzia e, in particolare, alla L.R. 32/02 e s.m.i., al Regolamento di esecuzione della stessa legge approvato con D.P.G.R. Toscana n. 41/r del 30 Luglio 2013 e s.m.i. nonché al Regolamento comunale dei servizi educativi per la prima infanzia approvato dal C.C. con propria Delibera n. 7 del 10/03/2022 e modificato con Delibera di C.C. n. 17 del 04.03.2026.
