Procedura aperta, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e s.m.i., per l’affidamento di un accordo quadro con un unico operatore economico per l’approvvigionamento di prodotti brandizzati UniPg e concessione del servizio di vendita a terzi Il contratto ha per oggetto l’affidamento, mediante la definizione di un Accordo Quadro in un unico lotto con un unico operatore economico, della fornitura di prodotti con il marchio dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia e la concessione del servizio di vendita a terzi di prodotti di brandizzati, riferiti entrambi a linee di abbigliamento, accessori moda e gadgettistica. Tenuto conto del combinato disposto dell’art. 180, comma 4 del D.Lgs. 36/2023 e dell’articolo 14, comma 21 del d.lgs. 36/2023, si precisa che l’oggetto principale del contratto è la fornitura di prodotti personalizzati con il marchio di Ateneo.
