Lo scopo dell’operazione è quello di individuare un operatore economico che si impegni: 1. a realizzare gli interventi sugli impianti di pubblica illuminazione previsti nel progetto posto a base di gara, in vista della riduzione dei consumi di energia elettrica, della riduzione dell’inquinamento luminoso e del miglioramento delle condizioni minime di sicurezza nell’illuminazione delle aree stradali e delle aree pedonali/ciclabili; 2. a predisporre la progettazione esecutiva e a realizzare gli interventi di riqualificazione, adeguamento normativo ed efficientamento energetico degli impianti di pubblica illuminazione indicati nei documenti di gara, assicurandone l’esecuzione in conformità alla documentazione progettuale e contrattuale; 3. a garantire la gestione e la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti di pubblica illuminazione per l’intera durata della concessione, nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio e degli standard prestazionali definiti dall’Amministrazione.
