In questa prima fase l'aggiudicazione è effettuata per l'affidamento della Progettazione esecutiva e esecuzione dei lavori di demolizione e ricostruzione del corpo aule e laboratori nell’ambito della ristrutturazione della scuola media Dante Alighieri sita a Pesaro in via Gattoni sulla base del progetto definitivo In questa prima fase l'aggiudicazione verrà effettuata per l'affidamento della Progettazione esecutiva e esecuzione dei lavori di demolizione e ricostruzione del corpo aule e laboratori nell’ambito della ristrutturazione della scuola media Dante Alighieri sita a Pesaro in via Gattoni sulla base del progetto definitivo per un importo complessivo dell’appalto (comprensivo del costo complessivo della sicurezza, della progettazione e dell’esecuzione dei lavori) pari ad € 5.462.138,08, oltre iva, così composto: - importo lavori, al netto del costo complessivo per la sicurezza, posto a base di gara: euro 5.183.662,13, oltre IVA; - costo complessivo per la sicurezza non soggetto a offerta pari ad euro 166.337,87 di cui importo sicurezza inclusa euro 118.337,87 e importo sicurezza aggiuntiva euro 48.000,00; - importo della progettazione esecutiva posta a base di gara: euro 112.138,08, compreso rimborso spese; CAP e IVA esclusi, calcolato facendo riferimento al D.M. 17/06/2016.
