Procedura aperta telematica di rilevanza comunitaria, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del Codice, per l’affidamento della fornitura di “Materiale vario per allestimento di chemioterapici”, occorrente all’Asl Brindisi, per la durata di 36 mesi (oltre opzioni), da aggiudicarsi con il criterio del minor prezzo, ai sensi dell’art. 108 co 3 del Codice, per i lotti nn. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 e con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, ai sensi dall’art. 108, co 2, del Codice, per il lotto n. 9, e contestuale prosecuzione, ai sensi dell’art. 120, co. 11, del Codice. CUI f01647800745202600020. Deliberazione n. 2128 del 21/07/2026. Coprisacche in materiale plastico per protezione da UV per sacche da 250 ml e 500 ml.
